UTAH'S STATE CAPITOL Car Wash Guys Head Quarters visits the State Capitol Building in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Although our lobbying efforts to eradicate fixed site car washes for water resource abuse was not 100% effective, we definitely made our presence known at the Capitol building.
