While in San Diego The Wash Guy team also visited the Paychex corporate office. Many of our franchisees outsource their employee payroll, due to stringent filing requirements. This is a good step since franchisees tend to maintain busy schedules, and with growing numbers of employees. But most important it helps our franchisees avoid the ridiculous fines imposed by government agencies if any mistakes are found in employer paperwork.

Mr. Winslow visited an Oil Max oil
change station to learn more about this industry. Oil Maxx is a brand name we had
anticipated on using. It appears this chain is already successfully using it. So we will
use the Oil Change Guys instead.
