January 20, 1993 Car Wash Guys, The Subject: Department Report to the City Council on Mobile Car Wash and Detailing Businesses on January 26, 1993 To Whom It May Concern, The purpose of this letter is to advise you of the fact that a status report will be made to the City Council on January 26, 1993. The report concerns the mobile car washing and detail business activities that are being conducted within the City of Thousand Oaks. This report was requested by the City Council on January 12, 1993, following receipt of complaints from a group of Thousand Oaks fixed car wash businesses. The purpose of this announcement is to give each licensed mobile car wash and detailing business an opportunity to provide input to the City Council regarding this matter. You may also wish to review a copy of the staff report which will be available at City Hall as of Thursday afternoon January 21, 1993.
