Here is a brand new portable skid unit set onto a new Home Depot 500 lb capacity trailer.   New buckets, 5 gallon plastic gas tanks and a plastic Hudson pump sprayer, which is used to spray toxic chemicals all over everything, and then a pressure washer to wash it into the storm drain. 

Notice how the entire unit is held in place by chocking the wheels of the pressure washer with 100 feet of filler hose just thrown in the trailer& a bungi cord in the front.
